He is:
A man of conviction
A man of God
A man of unyielding attractiveness (and sideburns)
A Mans Man
One hell of a model Frenchman!
He has a night stick (and isn't afraid to use it)
He's not fooled by Valjean's "holier than thou" con act
BIG HATS AND FEATHERS!
He was born inside a jail and became awesome anyway
HE KNOWS THE MEANING OF THE LAW!!!

I'm pretty sure most people on here are joking/being perverted, lol. I doubt anyone here is insane enough to really think there's a Valjean/Javert gay connection.

Hmm... one of my favourite songs is currently Valjean's Soliloquy. Because it's just fun to sing along with the French version.
Stars? Is pretty. But I definitely prefer Valjean to Javert, no question.

I firmly belive that the lack of JVJ love is due to the the difficulty in using him in slashy fantasies (it's much easier to picture a barricade boy orgy or Javert butt raping or getting butt raped-depends on which character is handcuffed )
