Question About School Edition

I'm really interested in finding out as much as I can about the Les Mis school edition because I'm trying to pitch it to the president of the board of directors at my community group (who also happens to be my piano teacher) to be done at our theatre. I was looking at the official website for it, and there were all these rules and restrictions for what happens if the nation tour is coming within a 75 mile radius of where you're performing the show. But what happens if you're performing the show within 75 miles of Broadway? Are you allowed to do it then?

You didn't really answer her question.

You have also hurt my soul.

I believe that if they allow you to do it, you are restricted to how you advertise for the show.
