Hunter Foster?!

Okay so I read that Hunter Foster was the understudy for Marius on Broadway a while ago and I thought that was hysterical. I love him to death but COME ON... Marius? I just don't think he would have been very good. If anyone has clips of him I will sell you my soul. And wouldn't it be bizarre if Sutton and he played their respective roles in the same performance...? Ewww...

They actually were in the show together on Broadway -- but only for three days. He was leaving, and she had just joined the cast. They did not go on together, ever.

However, they once almost went on together in Grease when he was understudy for Danny and she understudied Sandy.

I don't see why he shouldn't be a good Marius. He's good looking enough and clearly has talent. Just because he sometime plays the nerd it doesn't mean he can't be sexy and heroic too. Wink

I don't think he would be good at all because he doesn't have that kind of voice. I love the man to death don't get me wrong but Marius doesn't seem like his style. I'm sure he was decent it is just hard for me to imagine him in that part. His sister was fantastic as Eponine so maybe he'd surprise me.

Apparently Johnson-Liff thought differently.

How do you vote on the subject TVAW? How does anyone vote on it really? I mean, do you think he might've been AMAZING?
