I met some London cast members!

I went to the stage door after the show and I met Shaun Escoffery, Cornell John and Julia Moller! They were all really lovely and signed my programme for me...when Cornell was signing, he saw I had Shaun's autograph and made a dig at Shaun about learning to write, LOL. I told Julia how much I adored her Cosette and how sad I am that she's leaving in June but also wishing her the best for the future.

BTW, whoever was playing Gavroche today was the BEST! He was so incredibly cute - so, so cocky and just brilliant. I love him...little blond boy. Anyone know his name?

Might have been Sonny Martin or something like that

No I don't think it is because didn't he leave ages ago?
It is between:
Christian Lees
Jonny Weldon
Bradley White

Aww, that nice that you met them! Julia is always lovely! I always talk to Adam because he is the most friendliest! Very Happy

Well....on the topic, my singing teacher is Paul Peacock who was a member of the cast on the West End in 2000/2001. He also co-directed the production of LES MIS I played Enjolras in.

Small world, I guess.

I saw him as Marius three times and thought he was excellent.

Too bad you didn't ask the cast members you met - they should have been able to tell you. Smile

If you look around this forum a bit, you should be able to find a picture of Bradley Jordan White. Hope it helps.

Thats fantastic, I shall certainly tell him. I haven't been able to find any reviews of him or anything! I've always been interested to know if he was any good, haha.

Paul Peacock is one of my favourite performers. I sooo wish he would come back to Les Mis to play Marius full time! For reviews of Peacock, you can see this site londonlesmis.co.uk Smile

Christian Lees is taking over as tall boy in Billy Elliot the musical starting this december, while his twin brother Jonah is going to play Michael Banks in Mary Poppins.

Thats so awesome!

The only London Cast member I've met was Clarissa Manning. (She played young Cosette around 2003. (Or when Jon Lee first played Marius)) She's in my science class and sits two seats in front of me. You can imagine I was pretty physced when she told me. Smile

Dunno if this counts but Spike Grimsey, currently one of the swings, teaches the Musical Theatre course at my college.
