As a male, I'll comment on the two male entries.
Actor, am I correct in thinking that you probably listen to the OBC more often than other English recordings? I can sense some of Terrence Mann's voice in your recording. He played Javert with a much lighter voice than other recorded Javerts. I much prefer the stronger, more staunch deep baritone of Allam and Quast, but that's just a matter of taste and your recording was very well done. SweeneyHyde, the biggest problem with your recording was the poor backing track--with a better backing, you would have sounded even better! Try to push the emotion more in your voice though--Javert's Suicide isn't a one-note aria, it's an emotional journey and rollercoaster in song. |

Yes I made them that way (I hope I didn't overdo it). I can do that with some software I have (Magix Music Maker). |

It's fine, in my opinion. Yes, you could hear Marie's voice, but yours is easily discernible on top of her's. You should leave it. | ||||
