Michaell McCarthyhas anyone seen him in Les Miserable and does anyone know if he still sings in London in a Show or has moved to the USA?

He left London Les Mis in 2004 but was an amazing Javert. I think he did something in Germany a while back but I'm not sure. I don't believe he's in any show in London or Broadway right now.

I have seen him 6 times as Javert, and for me he is tied with JOJ as the best performer in his role.
He played Javert exactly the way i believe Javert should be, and his voice was just AMAZING.
He is definetly not in the show now (As flying pigs noted, he left in 2004). I am not sure what he is up to now. His official website hasn't been update for a while.

True, but I don't see that as a bad thing. I saw him twice right before the 3NT went to Shanghai and thought he was incredible (that seemed to be the general consensus around here as well), although apparently doing the role for longer than most Gavroches at the time had been alive started taking its toll shortly after.

That's too bad. He was the first Javert I ever saw and I enjoyed his performance.
