It's going to be in town the weekend of my 18th birthday! AAAAAAAAAGH!
Vicam

I noticed that right now with them being in Toronto it's being touted as the last time there...but with all these new dates being announced do you think it's likely the tour will in fact continue and potentially come back? Or do you guys still think the tour is winding down?
The Very Angry Woman

This is from an e-mail from Leslie Henstock, as was posted to BroadwayWorld:

Well, yes, this is the last "leg" of the tour. . however, we are booked through July of 2006 and they keep telling us that that is most likely not the end. That leg could last another 2 years from now. We just got 7 more weeks extension last night. including a 2 week stint at the Pantages in LA again. So you won't have to fly anywhere! They are billing it at the final engagement, but that's to gain publicity. Think of all the cities we'll have to go back to to play our "final engagement"!

June 5 - June 18 Los Angeles, CA Pantages Theatre

I shouldn't be so amused.

I shouldn't be so jealous, either.

Things rarely go over my head, especially when they have to do with Les Mis, but I'm afraid I'm having a stupid moment right now.

WHAT'S SO IMPORTANT ABOUT JUNE 5TH?!

AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
My roots are turning blonde!!! OMG!!! NO, NOOO, NOOOOOOOO!!! Shocked

In 1832, the lower class rumblings occurred due to a great disaffection that their lot was not much improved by the recent July Revolution. A funeral (on June 5, 1832) of General Lamarque, who had been much loved by the people, is the trigger for an armed insurrection.

I am excited to hear that the tour is coming back to my city. From looking at when her vacation is planned, asumming that is up to date, it looks like Leslie is staying on the tour for awhile, which is good. I have heard great things about her Cosette.
