Ticket help pleeeease :)

Hi Very Happy

Well I have been reading some of the topics and people seem to say that rows BB are cheap (which is good as I really don't have much money...) so I e-mailed the ticket company about it and someone just wrote back:

"These tickets would be classed as restricted view seats which is why they are cheaper in price. Please note you can pay the same price and be seated in the Upper Circle but the seats would not be classed as restricted view seats."

Confused

Does anyone know if the 22 seats in the upper circle are better?? And how much can you see in row BB? Oh and where I can find DT's holiday dates cos I really want to see him in it again...

Any help would be much appreciated. Mr. Green Mr. Green

Ok, well I've sat in both places you mentioned (BB and Upper circle) and I prefer row BB by a long shot! Especially if you've seen the show before. Really you hardly miss anything, a bit of the start of At the End of the Day but they come to the front anyway. Plus you get facial expressions Very Happy and see things you would probably miss by sitting anywhere else.

Upper Circle is, I think, a little disappointing as you can see over the top of the barricade and often miss things such as the bridge in Look Down etc. But you do appreciate the lighting a lot more!

So my vote goes to BB (try to get BB6 if you can, it's best for a BB virgin!) Oh and you can book through box office over the phone.

And David is off for a week beginning 28th September.

Yeah, I've been before so it should be ok

I'll book the BB seats then - lol now all I have to do is try and persuade someone to come with me - most of my friends/family are musical haters Rolling Eyes

Thanks Mr. Green Mr. Green

Seriously, don't book the Upper Circle tickets. I mean, you seem to have seen the show already (seeing as you want to see David "again"), so you basically know what's going on on stage, and besides, I've set next to a couple who had no idea of Les Mis whatsoever, and they were sat in BB 6 and 7 and enjoyed it thoroughly. They really are the best value seats.
"Severely restricted" is nonsense, even the tickets say "Slightly restricted". You can't see the feet, you can't see that there's somebody trapped under the cart, you can't see much of the dancing during the wedding for a while and you can only see the Thnardiers' hair in ODM, but that's all. And oh, you get lovely, lovely views.
No BB seat is bad, I'm a bit partial to BB20 xD but the others are great, too, in BB22 you get surrounded by smoke in "Look Down", but... ah, as long as you don't mind having actors staring at you going "CREEPY CREEPY CREEPY", you'll be fine.

ETA: fail, you're already convinced xD oh well.

Yeah as long as you're brave and don't mind the cast pointing and staring at you in ATEOTD and Look Down then you'll be fine!

Wink They're having way too much fun there, but they just enjoy being EVIL. Normally it helps if you don't stare at the ones right in front of you but look a bit further down the line, but that gets a bit difficult if they're actually leaning toward you and/or are pointing directly at you (yes, I'm looking at you, David, Mark. That was bloody creepy!)...
