Old creators of les mis sacked?

Have the people who created the old Les Miserables been replaced or not around any more?
I was looking at the people who are making the tour and I don't recognise any of them apart from John Napier who made the fantastic set and Paule Constable who makes the lights (and she did the new Oliver which after a startling start,I thought looked very plain)
Does anyone know why the original people are not involved? Is it a revival?

No. It's just that the original has run its course (20+ years) and they'd like for people to see it from a fresh perspective.

I'd be thrilled if they were simply touring the original again but I'm also quite interested in what they'll come up with for this tour.
