I am trying to find the sheet music or chords for the melody that is heard in the scenes:

I own a vocal book with piano notes, yet this part is not there.

When I saw the thread title I thought this was going to be about Ron Grainer's classic tune for the TV show.

But sorry, I can't answer your actual question. I'm not aware of any published songbook that contains that specific passage, so I guess you'd have to look for the schools' edition or second-hand vocal scores.
If you buy the Legendery Musicals of B&S compilation, however, in their version of Little People they have the music for "take the... now and shoot him, let us watch the devil dance" sequence which has much the same music.
