TAC - Goofs and Funnies!

I don't know if a thread like this has already happened/is going already, so if it has, sorry!

A friend and I were watching TAC the other day, and accidentally paused it quite an entertaining image...

Not just us, right? Those are some SERIOUS fangs going on there! Shocked

Moments later, this happened...

Pretty gorgeous watch there for an old beggar woman lol!

So....the point of this thread is to screencap and share anything off the TAC you find entertaining. Can be people's expressions (feel free to macro them too if you like Wink ), continuity (i.e. the watch), or...well anything really. If you find it funny, post it!

Also worth noting if the funny thing is not screencapable, i.e. it's some action happening in the background or something, just give the timecodeof the clip for people to look up. Very Happy

I love the lightbulb explosion in the middle of "Castle on a Cloud."

LOL for Vampire!Ami. Laughing

Anyone has a screenshot of Colm's face during the Bishop's super long "Goooooooooooooooooooooooooood"? That's priceless.

There have been numerous threads like this before. There is actually a list somewhere on the internet that contains all the TAC goofs. I'm pretty sure that there is even a Drinking Game for the TAC! Shocked

Actually, (as far as I'm aware, at any rate), that was a balloon that was meant to join the others in raining down at the end of the performance.

I'm rather fond of the fact that one of the convicts (I've been told it was Colm, but I'm pretty unsure...) continues to "ah-AH" when the "look down" verse approaches in the prologue. Mr. Green

(Also, hello all, this is my first post!)

I hadn't watched TAC for years, since I've been more focused on central-European musicals, but I rediscover the tape couple of weeks ago, and have since been watching it with passion.

Yesterday I noticed for the first time the shin-kicking thing Ball and Quast do during the Thernadier songs. Smile Couldn't quite figure out what was going on there, but apparently when the cast starts clapping and swaying during MotH, they accidentally kick one another (and Javert's hat, it seems) couple of times, when trying to change their leg positions, and then during Beggars at the Feast Quast pretends to do it to Ball again, as a joke.

Also, yesterday I started to wonder whether Quast is left- or right-handed. He waves the Stick of Justice and tears strand from his wig with his right hand, but does quite a lot of things with his left as well, at least drinks water, wipes his face and puts on his hat.

Can you tell I've seen the tape waaay too many times? Also, would appreciate the links to pages Fantine mentioned above. Google couldn't help me.

Hey, another Elisabeth fan! Come join us in the WTF thread (yes I know, an Elisabeth thread in a Les Mis forum... it's a long story which involves plenty of video-spamming). You should be warned though, there is A LOT of Mate Kamaras fangirling going on XD
What you own

Has anyone seen Jevert picking his wedgie in I believe a heart full of love?

Too funny

My mom discovered one the other day:
Right after A little fall of rain, when Enjolras is comforting Marius, Michael Maguire tells Michael Ball that his make-up has run through.

That's hilarious!

I know there've been lots of similar topics and I've posted this same story to them, but I love it a lot.

The Saga of Michael Ball's Nose
Throughout act one, Michael Ball spends a lot of time scratching and rubbing at his nose. Some time later, I think during Master of the House or at the beginning of the Waltz, Philip Quast can be seen whispering to Michael Ball and pointing to his own nose. Michael immediately begins rubbing his nose furiously against his sleeve.

It's beautiful.
