I swear when I read the first part of the sentence I was almost sure it would go:
We should tell DT that you know you've made it in the big time when your socks have a fanbase.

heh.

Laughing but I'm still not mentioning the epic Socks of Awesome. I'm not that brave! [or that stupid, depending on how you interpret that action]

The Epic Rebel Socks of Awesome.

by the way. They should totally put his flag-waving pic on the theatre facade. *comtemplates starting a petition*

Please, please mention the socks!!
Eppie-Sue

just so you know... I was kidding when I mentioned telling him about the socks fanbase. Scratch that. I was already kidding when I first pointed them out in that photo - let alone called them The Epic Rebel Socks of Awesome ... please don't scare him. xD
I do not take responsibility for any restraining orders, ladies... Wink (although I do believe he is pretty cool with being fangirled *cough* ... and fangirling in general)
Catherine

Weird question, but does anyone know if DT supports Chelsea, or Man City?
.. It's just coz when I was stagedooring, I'm sure he mentioned something of the sort, and chose my blue Sharpie because of it. It's been bugging me for a good while.
Eppie-Sue

xD well, that sounds like an appropriate stage door question (at least more appropriate than "do you know there is a socks fanbase?") for all those who go within the next days. And if they don't ask, I will, because hey, it looks like I'll move to London in one week. *excited* Mr. Green

He supports Everton.

He said the same thing about my blue Sharpie Smile

Oh, we're definitely gonna mention the socks (and ask if he knows what the hell Woody's suit was about!) I don't mind mentioning the socks though, because the person I'm going with next week was on the IoW with me (and actually noticed them first in our group!) I almost just want to recommend some slightly longer trousers, so they don't flash quite so much sock when he crosses his legs. I probably won't mention their epic rebellion following, though, in all their stripey glory.
(and to be honest, embarrassment won't be too much of a problem, cos I'm headed off to uni and won't be back to see it until David&Earl's last week [by which point Thaxton will be completely unbothered by the sock!love and will have forgotten me.] as opposed to like 6 days later, as has been happening recently...)
Eppie-Sue

hahaha. Oh dear. xD

oooh, and someone ask him about his holiday dates, please!
flying_pigs

He supports Everton?!
Oh no! I might have to have words with him about that!
Catherine

Better than City or Chelsea! Haha... Ah yeah I remember now... everyone seemed quite happy when I got them to choose a Sharpie colour, except Jon Robyns, who just picked black (boo)

He does? Just when I thought I could fangirl him no more... XD And if noone gets there before me, I'll try and ask about his holiday dates on Wednesday.
Eppie-Sue

Wink maybe KatyRoseLand has asked yesterday... or aquirkofmatter will on Monday. But yay for you going on Wednesday... I might go in exactly one week, or, at least, in ten days or so.

... talk about stagedooring overkill xD
flying_pigs

So what other roles can we see DT playing in the future? I was trying to remember what other roles Enjolras' have played and I came up with:
-Raoul in POTO
-Roger in Rent
-Joe Gillis in Sunset Boulevard

Pretty standard roles, any other ideas?

Which is the YAY BARRICADE! one? I wish I had a programme.

And I have so much to catch up on..again. I shouldn't go on vacation.
Eppie-Sue

I can't really comment on Rent and Sunset Boulevard, but I'm going to be honest here and say that as of right now, I can't see him in any other role than Enjolras, simply because he's perfect for that part. And you don't get that very often - to have a role that's so perfect as if it was written for him.

And ugh, Raoul? That would be pearls cast before swine, a waste of talent. If any Phantom role, then Phantom himself, please. Raoul is worse than Marius, and at least Marius still has "ECAET". Actually, I can't see him as the stereotypical romantic lead (like Marius, like Raoul, etc.) ... theatre-wise, I could see him as Hamlet, as Iago, you know? But I'm really bad when it comes to this kind of roles in musical theatre.

(@lovesinging: The YAY BARRICADE! one is actually the one on the very right in your signature. The one where they all go "YAY BARRICADE!" basically Wink )

ETA: I want to see him return as either Javert or Valjean one day. I know he's more of a "tenor baritone", that's why I'm not sure about Javert's part, but he would pull it off perfectly.
Eponines_Hat

I completely agree. or Both! And maybe as Mr T one day?

I cant really see him doing Phantom. If there was another Miss Saigon production one day.....???
KatyRoseLand

I want them to make a stage version of Disney's Pocahontas with DT as John Smith one day... his voice is perfect and John Smith jumps around everywhere!!
Eppie-Sue

xD I feel as if there's something wrong with me... am I the only one that really wants to see him playing a badass villain? Or a kind of anti-hero? Or, at least, someone like Hamlet?!... hm.

He would make an awesome Hamlet. I saw the Jude Law production a couple of weeks ago...he was great, but DT would be even more brilliant.

I know he has played it before, but I would love to see him as Sweeney Todd.

I think he would be wasted as Raoul. Although he would look perfect. He would make Raoul a bit more interesting and give him some fight, like Michael Xavier did in the London production a couple of years ago. Mr. Green

But we all know he isn't ever allowed to leave Les Mis. Laughing
If he gets bored of Enjolras he will just have to move onto Valjean or Javert, because there's no way we're losing him to another show. Wink
miraclemile

DT Hamlet would make my life. That is all. I would give my right arm, no, every limb I have for tickets to see that. Mr. Green

(And I'm very, very jealous you got to see the Jude Law production, Madeleine!)

Oh sweet jealousy. I missed him in London, I really wanted to go, but the only evening I would have had the time was Friday, and it was already sold out.

Madeleine wrote:

Yes and yes. I was just going to say that.

Isn't there a Romeo and Juliet musical? Anyway, if they ever did that with a fantastic Les Mis-esque score, he'd be a kickass Mercutio. God, I love Mercutio.

There is indeed a Romeo and Juliet musical, but it royally flopped in the West End so I doubt they'd revive it, much as I'd love them to... I think the music was great but it was very badly translated from French and the lyrics completely let it down.
Unfortunately, were DT to play Mercutio in this particular version of R&J, he'd be singing such gems as "Tybalt, Tybalt, you're gonna die". I mean, I'm totally not averse to it, and if someone were to write a new musical version of R&J he would be incredible.
Lorna Want played Juliet in the show and she is someone I would looove to play Eponine.

I don't know... with a singing voice like his, I would never leave musical productions. (with a voice like his, I'd never shut up. Seriously.) And he might go on to do opera again, who knows.
And aww, Katy, they could have him singing the Queen Mab bit? Maybe?

There is. It's called West Side Story

Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green

hahahahaahahaha. Imagine! Hideous (sorry, i hate that musical!)

Isnt DT opera trained? I suppose he will do some classical opera at some point like Boheme
Eppie-Sue

Yeeeah. I kinda lost my love for WSS somewhere along the road.

He is opera trained and he has definitely done opera before Les Mis and in 2007/08 after he left Les Mis and before he came back (you'll find that he has been more involved with opera than with musicals... I think I already said somewhere that he is not your "stereotypical" West End performer... ) - and he has sung Papageno, so La bohme's Marcello wouldn't be out of the question. but... hm.
Lara

OH my god. I hadn't visited MdN for weeks and I come back and find THIS and I just spent two hours fangirling. David Thaxton is God.

Ooh was Killian on? I'm pretty sure Mark is on holiday this week.

I'm going this week and was kind of hoping I would get to see Killian as Javert or Enjolras, since both the first covers seem to be on holiday.

Sorry he wasn't there though. Sad
flying_pigs

Oooooo, understudies!
But no DT, hope he's not sick!
Eppie-Sue

WHAT he wasn't there!? I swear if he's off on Saturday (I'm going with my parents on Saturday when they're bringing me to London. And if I went alone, it wouldn't be a big deal, seeing as I'm going again next week anyway, but I kind-of want my parents to see DT) I'm going to cry. I've already gone and gotten Mark once and argh (I hate that this sounds like Markbashing - it's not. I would have been sad to see anybody else, and be it Anthony Warlow #2. That said, I don't Warlow that much anyway xD), please, please not again.
oh man. Sad

@miraclemile - you're going this Wednesday, aren't you? (when are you going, Madeleine?) ... if he's still off, can someone please ask Mark if he's on holiday and if he will be the whole week? I know this sounds stupid, but I just don't want to stand in front of the cast board and go "WTF NO!" again... hm.

ETA: and I thought I read in one of those facebook groupthings that he'd take his first holiday at the end of September or something...

On the train there we were discussing the Killian possibility - I'd love to see him as either! But as I said in the other post, twas Mark.

I'm more upset I didn't get to talk to him about his Isle of Wight socks!

He really didn't seem to have holiday booked, so I think he is ill. Hopefully that means he will be back for you on Saturday.

I am kind of hoping for my first Mark!Enjolras show this week though. Smile

I'm going on Wednesday too. I'm in London for a couple of days after that so won't really have internet access (apart from facebook on my phone...I couldn't manage without that!) so hopefully miraclemile will be able to update you.

I see your point about the cast board though. I've stood in front of it many times, when various different cast members have been missing saying, 'He's not on....HE'S NOT ON! HOW CAN HE NOT BE ON?!'
Eppie-Sue

Madeleine wrote:

um, yeah. seeing as being ill for 6 days or more is not that much fun, too, come to think of it. Oh, I hope he'll be fine and on.

And, aww, Madeleine, I'm excited for you. Maye you'll really get to see Mark, finally.

Madeleine wrote:

Yes, exactly. Especially seeing as I went only because of him the third time I went in June. (yeaah) And I had this weird feeling he'd be off the entire day, so when I walked through the doors I didn't dare looking at the cast board and went straight to the bathroom, told myself that I was being ridiculous and then walked back and looked at it. And I couldn't believe he of all people was of, it felt like a bad joke. I stood there literally going: "YOU'RE KIDDING RIGHT?" and what you said: "HOW CAN HE NOT BE ON?!"... so, yeah.

ETA: and oh, I've just remembered... at the pre-show "At this performance, the part of Enjolras will be played by Mark Dugdale." announcement, a girl a few rows behind me (she and her family had come in late, so maybe they hadn't bothered to check the cast board) went: "AW NO!" ... which, I thought, was a bit rude...
miraclemile

I am indeed off tomorrow so I'll update you on his appearance (or lack thereof) then - which, fingers crossed, will be to say yay he was back...

And I too, really want my mum to see DT (not that she hasn't, but she doesn't remember which is a crime that must be speedily rectified Smile)
aquirkofmatter

Martin Neely asked what we thought of Mark, and my friend said "Don't talk to me about that." I was just, "He's good, but he's no David Thaxton - and she's in love with David Thaxton's voice" [I resisted adding an 'aren't we all?'] "but he was good." And Martin was just like "... Yeah, he's not David."

[I don't want it to seem like I'm Mark-bashing either!]

@Eppie-Sue: I know what you mean about the parents thing - when I took my Mum, we had Jonathan and Woody [who were great!] but I'm taking her again to hopefully see David and Earl, cos that was really the point of the visit in the first place...

As I hardly ever get to London I think I would break down in tears if I finally got to a performance and there and there was no DT! I just hope I can hang on to my dignity if and when it finally happens.......
Could I just ask.......... if anyone who is going in the near future has a chance, would they ask him when he is taking his holiday this Autumn - I doubt if I will e able to get there before Oct/Nov and I would really HATE to miss him.
Many thanks.

miraclemile wanted to do that if he's back on tomorrow. And then we have Elbow on Friday and if the won't [be able to] ask, I'll do that on Saturday (just pray he'll be on) or the week after that, promise.
And again, one of that facebook appreciation things said his first holiday would be at the end of September, but no exact dates.

... they should make a new Complete Recording for the 25th Anniversary. You have to see DT live. He commands the stage.
Eppie-Sue

Quique wrote:

Yes, you are (missing something, that is).
See, if you're going by the 2008 video recording, again, it's not the perfect performance to go by. Really. I mean, it's not a weak performance (there are no weak performances Wink ), but it certainly does not convey the epicness.

You know, when I went to see Les Mis in the beginning of June, I had absolutely no idea what to expect. I didn't know anything about the cast, how they looked, how they performed, etc.
Being the Enjolras fangirl that I am, I was rather anxious when we got to "Look Down". And then David Thaxton came on stage, and I know this sounds clichd, but from the moment he entered the stage, he owned it. and oh my, his voice. It doesn't come across in the video, I'm afraid, and he, too, has improved so much during the past year... it soars. I'm not saying this as a fangirl (well, maybe a bit), but there is not one note that is not absolutely perfect. The good thing is that, I think, he knows how to use his voice. Meaning he is quiet and soft in the right moment and belts the notes in the right moment. And it's loud and strong and I personally think his voice colour is perfect... and it's always secure and never even slightly sharp.
Then there is the way he holds himself on stage... he is so in-character. You can't go by the video, because the video misses so much... his interaction with the other students (throughout this entire rant, I will not be going by the 2008 video recording. So much has changed since then, and I'm sure a lot has changed over Cast Change now, too), especially Grantaire (even, a while ago, to the extent of slightly slashy bits Mr. Green) and also Combeferre (in the sense that he acknowledges Combeferre as the character he is the book)... his whole demeanour, his gestures, his facial expressions, his body language, his posture - it all screams "Enjolras".
He doesn't need to be loud to show his authority, he doesn't even need to sing to have an amazing presence on stage. I'm coming across like the biggest and most rabid fangirl right now, but it's true. You're really getting the feeling that, having read the book and loving it, he tries to make Enjolras as ... brick-like as possible. He fades behind the character. You even get the feeling that he doesn't have to consciously think about what he's doing - why he is (re-)acting the way he does - it's just in there, he knows it. He gets the character. He never falters, he never loses his temper, he's always in charge and he's always there. Giving orders, keeping watch, assured and noble and austere and Enjolraic.
And then there is the passion. You get the impression he's basically killing himself every night. I don't care if he's just that good of an actor or if this is really the case, but you certainly feel as if he puts his heart and soul into every single performance. It shows in so many little bits - The Jump from the top of the barricade, his Final Battle, dead!Enjolras basically hanging by one leg - and ... I can't describe it. You feel for the character. I've heard many say that they never paid attention to Enjolras or simply were never impressed or could bring themselved to actually care for him, and that this changed upon seeing DT. He makes Enjolras seem real.
And no, being blond has only slightly to do with it, but it helps. I mean, look at him. He's blond. He's tall. He's good-looking. Certainly a change when it comes London!Enjolrati.

Just one quuestion - have you also watched other videos on YouTube? Because there are great examples at the Isle of Wight concert ("Look Down" with an epic 'ariiiise', the whole "Red and Black" bit and, of course, 'The Final Battle') and there are some pretty good audios of "Red and Black"s and "Final Battles" on there. links are in the first post in this thread.

ETA: re-reading this, I don't think I've done his performance justice. Expect more as soon as I've seen him on stage again. Which - hopefully Sad - will be on Saturday.
flying_pigs

I think you've done his performance justice!
Basically he really embodies the character and you get the feeling he really cares for the character and has so much respect for the musical.
But yeah, you really need to see him live to really understand why he has so many fans, he's amazing!

I understand that with so much gushing on this forum it might end up being slightly hard to properly judge performers if you haven't seen them. From that video it is hard to really see his stage presence or his acting, which fits his interpretation in that it's quite reserved and subtle. Also if that's the video from 2008, he has changed his interpretation since then and become closer to Book Enjolras.

Obviously I would call him spectacular, but also bear in mind that he is the only London Enjolras in years to whom that can apply. That might explain why Enjolras is the only character with whom there is currently no divide on which recent London actor portrayed them best.
lovesinging

Thank you, Eppie-Sue. I live through things like that.

You see, there's no possible way I'll ever get to London. I'm a poor high school, soon-to-be-in-college student in the US that won't ever afford the trip--probably not even tickets to see it. I'm incredibly jealous of all of you saying "this person's going this day, and then this person, etc." Ahhh. Just be sure to post reviews. (and possible audio. tehee.)

Oh, no, no. I don't think he's bad at all. I just didn't immediately see anything noteworthy in his performance. But then again, I'm relying on what little I could catch on a video shot from the balcony. My opinion is, by no means, final.

I have not watched other videos of him on YouTube, but I will take a look. Thanks for not tearing me apart over my opinion. I thought you'd all go wild (in true fangirl style) and murder me. Razz

So what other roles can we see DT playing in the future?

Totally four pages late to this, but I've decided he would be a fantastic Gallileo in WWRY! I'd love to see him do that - it'd be amazing. [I think it would bankrupt me though - no BB at the Dominion Sad]
HobNob

I am definitely going to see Woody when he's on.

I'm not sure about Woody as Galilleo - he'll be a bloody awesome Khashoggi though; I'll be there then!
HobNob

I'll probably go to see him as both. I'm not a massive fan of WWRY, but if there's a special reason to, why not.

Isn't it?!?! so glad they got rid of those!

Thank you for posting that! It was really interesting to see DT's earlier interpretation of the role when he was u/s. IMO He's certainly come a long way with the way he plays Enjolras, though it was great to see that The Stare has been there for a while!
Mr. Green
Eppie-Sue

this seems to be the appropriate moment to go I LOVE THE BLOND HAIR. oh my, I died a bit when I saw him in Wardour Street with the pretty pretty hair.

And the rest of my fangirling is pretty much in the London thread. Mr. Green

And, just because I will never get tired of this photograph:

I'm still kinda paranoid about not seeing him in one performance. I'm thinking about getting a ticket, but ah, what if he's off? Yes, I'm that pathetic.

Haha, I'm the same!
I'm really paranoid he won't be there friday!

You must be brave! I'm relying on you to get his holiday dates!!
Eppie-Sue

Oooh yes, I know. And I already failed once. BUT I was brave and I'm going again tomorrow, matinee, and it just so happened that Madeleine is going, too. So there will be much David and Mark fangirling in the audience and at the stage door, and that should help to finally get those damn dates. Mr. Green
Eponines_Hat

Ah, Thaxton... I do think I fall in love with him a little at every performance!

Last night he was AMAZING, as always. He is so talented, I can never fault his performance. Right now I am fangirling:

* the smug smirk he has during Marius' R and B, as if to say, "grow up you silly kid! Don't u understand anything? Stop gushing over some girl and worry about something important!!!"

* the genuine tears in his eyes when eponine is carried off stage after ALFOR and the look of absolute hatred and blame he gives Javert

* the malicious grin on his face when he thinks JVJ is going to kill Javert

* all the little add in lines, like "get him in there!" after ordering Javert to be tied up

* the way he sang the stupid eagle line really quickly, cause deep down everyone knows it's lame

* the way he teased nancy at curtain call for going off stage the wrong way. So cute!

* The always epic, LID- especially the caaaaaall! ( why am I the only audience member who ever applauds this? I think it needs a standing ovation of it's own!!)

* and lastly, the dirty look he gives the Ts at the wedding feast, then the apologetic look he gives Marius. I can't really describe it, but I'm sure you know what I mean!!!

<3 <3 <3

Eponines_Hat wrote:

that made me laugh out loud. I still prefer the stupid eagle line version to "We must be ready for the fight, for the final fight LET NO ONE SLEEP TONIGHT" because that's so unEnjolraic. But that eagle line reminds me of all the random "a red sun is rising, blood has been spilled tonight" lines Legolas has in the LotR movies xD

Eponines_Hat wrote:

Oooh, did you applaud on your own? You're my hero. I wanted to Saturday but I totally failed, because I was too caught up in the moment, just staring.... ahem. I didn't even notice George throwing the leaflets or anything. I will applaud tomorrow.

When we're doing the fan meet-up (hopefully in October), we will applaud, too, won't we? I always want to applaud The Final Battle, and I know it has actually been done last season... but it's difficult. On the one hand it should get an applause, on the other hand it's not the right moment to clap...

AH FANGIRLING! I LOVE IT.
flying_pigs

Hahaha, yes the eagle line is lame but I much prefer it to the former line!

And yes, I always want to applaud Final Battle! But most of the time I just sit there with the biggest grin on my face after it!

Or, you know, clasp the place over your heart and go BREATHE. Because that would be me.
flying_pigs

Looool!
I always feel bad though as there are people dying in front of me but I'm just smiling at The Final Battle and waiting for the jump!
Catherine

Ooh that picture is lovely!!
I'm posting mine. xD
And it has Drew as well, coz they came out at the same time.

Yeah.. I've posted it before... but I love it!
Eppie-Sue

Oooooh, I can't believe I still don't have a picture. I have to get one today. I feel incomplete not having one. Hm, what are the chances of getting one with DT, Mark and Gavin? Being the fangirl that I am, I would die. DIE. Mr. Green

ETA: Sooo. no picture. but I have to fangirl a bit. He was just that amazing. Even better than on Saturday. And very... aww. there was much Combeferre/Enjolras/Courfeyrac stuff going on. Talking and discussing and orders and look exchanges.
Very Happy

and he whipped the flag against the cart. several times. I died.

*swoon*
Quique

I bet Mr. Thaxton is reading this forum right now and doing the awkward turtle.
Eppie-Sue

Oh well. I'm sure he could deal with that. To have your own fangirling thread is better than your own flames thread, I suppose. And I'll just go and say as awkward as that would be, he deserves the fangirling. : )

And I like turtles. Turtles are like dolphins.
Quique

Flaming? No flaming here. *scratches head*
Catherine

I think she means he'd rather have a fangirling thread than a thread where everyone just flames him?
Eppie-Sue

Wink Yap, exactly. Sorry if that was misunderstood.

On a completely unrelated note, I fangirl him at Curtain Call, when he's all smiley. You can't help but go Mr. Green, really. I would go and see the show just for that, actually. No, that's not true. But it makes me happy, even though the show is over.
Eponines_Hat

Eppie-Sue wrote:

You bet I did!

I just get caught up in the moment and it happens! For me, the LID is my absolute favorite moment in the show and it never fails to send shivers along my spine (I do LOVE The Final Battle, but the moment is somewhat tainted by thoughts of "oh crap, they are all about to die and all that Enjolras goodness is over for another performance....)

I love that you are applauding it too! Thaxton gives (IMO) one of the most outstanding vocal performances in the show, and yet never gets his own song for his own applause (just the loads of cheering at curtain call)

I reckon we at MdN should push for audience applause through lots of loud clapping and cheers. Whaddya think?

Sadly, I think I will miss Jon Robyns. Boo. Keeping my eyes on the Les Mis meet up date, as I would love to go but am off to Spain and France over the next 2 months (life is hard) so will be in and out of London a bit
Eponines_Hat

P.S....

I dont get this? Why turtle???

BTW I agree with Eppie-Sue - its good to see Thaxton SMILE at curtain call! And the rest of the cast. You can see how much they love *the LOVE* coming from the audience
aheartfulloflove

"The awkward turtle" is a figure of speech. Apparently called "the awkward turtle" because the way the hands are apparently looks like a turtle.

I'll admit when I first read that post I actually had to google it so I learned something new too!

Okay, ladies, you can all sleep peacefully now, I've got the holiday dates. From the most reliable source, DT's phone calendar. It's the whole week from the 28 September on. And then the pub started playing really, really loud music, but what I understood was: "November, December, January, February, March - well, one week in March, too. Oh I can't wait *pumps fist in air*!"

Unless she means the pub across the road from the Stage Door which is kind of loud!

Wait, so he's not off between November and March or he is off at random points?
Eppie-Sue

Wink haha, yes! I meant the pub aross the road, sorry. And see, the "so he's not off between November and March or he is off at random points?" part is what I didn't really understand because of the music, but I believe he was saying the former: that it would be that one week at the end of September/beginning of October and one week in March. So there you go.

Oh - and I was feeling so happy for you then as well!! Very Happy
Eppie-Sue

xD oh you girls. Technically, judging by the booming music and all the drunk people around us, the pub was extended up to the stage door anyway. Wink If that makes you feel any better.

And I'm just glad he stopped at all, seeing as they were all rushing off (it helped that there were no fans there, except for me. Typical). Which I totally get, I wasn't even sure if I should stagedoor to begin with... I mean Smile after a matinee day when they have the next day off. I wouldn't want to keep them any longer from going to a pub or, you know, home.
Elbow

You are brave.

I can't wait until I live in London again (2 weeks today, yay) and then I can go back to regular Mis viewings.
Madeleine

Elbow wrote:

3 weeks today for me. (not in London, but very near) Mr. Green

Thanks for getting the dates Eppie. Smile
If Mark really isn't on again until March, I'm going to have to somehow find a way to get into London on the week beginning 28th... Think I said I couldn't do that week, but there is absolutely no way I'm waiting until March.

That pub can be loud and busy enough outside after a matinee! I hate to think what it was like after a Saturday evening show! Shocked
RWF

Hi,

I'm new here, though I met two of you at the stagedoor after last Wednesday's matinee Smile

I asked David about his holiday dates too and I'm pretty sure he said something about being off in November as well. Sometime around the 6th or 7th, which I found quite strange as it's the last shows for DS and EC. Don't rely on it though, I could have got it completely wrong!
Eppie-Sue

Oh hey! Very Happy Certainly possible, as I said, I didn't quite catch if he said anything in particular about the other months. And I must add that there was a lot of: "Yes, I know them! ... um... it's the end of Septem... wait." *takes out phone* "... uh, obviously, I don't ... know them... that well." which had me laughing. And I was very distracted by The Hair.

...
But I'm pretty sure he's on Dec/Jan/Feb.
